Overview
Unicorn Infosolutions is one of India’s leading Apple Premium Partners, operating 100+ retail stores with INR 1,000+ Crore annual revenue. Growth created a familiar problem: the storefront experience stayed premium, but the underlying reporting and operational systems could not keep up.
The Challenge
At 100+ locations, small delays became expensive:
- Data chaos across stores. Sales lived in TruPOS, reporting arrived via manual MIS dumps, and leadership operated on 24-48 hour delays.
- No single source of truth. Customer records, orders, and store masters were fragmented, creating duplicate profiles and inconsistent service.
- Blind spots in critical metrics. QTD/YOY performance, LFL comparisons, NPI velocity, trade-ins, AppleCare+ attachment, and accessory correlation were hard to track reliably.
- Lead leakage. Leads came from multiple channels with inconsistent capture and poor attribution.
- Store ops visibility gaps. Managers lacked real-time footfall, conversion, and peak-hour insights.
- Manual incentive tracking. Incentives were calculated monthly, and executives had no real-time view of performance.
The Solution
We implemented a Zoho One-based system integrated with TruPOS through a custom ETL pipeline:
- POS-CRM integration architecture. Real-time, bidirectional sync between TruPOS and Zoho CRM for transactions, customer updates, and inventory changes.
- Executive dashboards. A dashboard suite to monitor revenue, product performance, and regional targets without waiting for exports.
- Call center operations visibility. Agent performance, lead sources, and conversion funnels tracked in one place for faster coaching loops.
- Cohort segmentation. Automated cohorts for targeted marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
- Store performance + incentive engine. Footfall, conversion, and incentive earnings surfaced in real-time to drive better store-level decisions.
